With the 5-Wide concept the 50/100S operates much slower, with no high speed turns found in single row machines, minimizing wear, maintenance and cracker head adjustment. Plenty of breaking and drain time and a maximum amount of separating and inspection time, is ideal for the highest yield and sanitary standards. 50S breaker with a capacity of 18,000 eggs per hour can be later updated into a 100S egg breaker with a capacity of 36,000 eggs per hour. The 5-Wide breakers can be loaded using either an economical manual loading system or with our automatic Diamond ZB100 egg loader.
