The design of our Egg Breakers offers the highest liquid recovery in the industry. We have two basic models in a wide range of capacities: Model ‘S’ for separating machines and Model ‘W’ for whole egg machines. The capacities range from our model 50S or 50W with a capacity of 5,000 to 18,000 eggs per hour, to our model 400S or 400W with a maximum capacity of 144,000 eggs per hour. Every machine is built with four critical variables in mind: Sanitation = quality and shelf life of product; Liquid Recovery = no liquid is wasted; Reduced maintenance = reduced downtime; and always 12, 6 or 5 rows to be able to efficiently load the machine off-line without the loss in efficiency of an accumulator.
