  Our SC-280 Shell Centrifuge can handle from 120,000 to 280,000 shells per
hour. The unique Basket-less operation uses a "cone-auger" combination.
The benefits include: reduced maintenance costs and reduced shell powder
in the liquid. The SC-280 also includes a creative grease capsule with a time
release that can be programmed from 1 to 12 months. This is a key system,
since having clean grease in the bearings will reduce maintenance time/cost.
An average centrifuge has to be re-built every 6 months or so; this forces
breaking plants to always have two centrifuges.... not any more.

The SC-120 Shell Centrifuge can handle from 10,000 to 120,000 shells
per hour. The centrifuge is designed to withstand the severe egg-breaking environment. Constructed in Stainless
Steel with and independent basket and screw shafts. The high quality components and a compact design allows
for a quick installation and a long life.
Shell Conveyors
We have two different options for shell conveyors: Stainless Steel Augers and Pneumatic Conveyors. Augers
are used mainly for “wet shells” and in applications where the shells have to be transported 20 meters or less.
Pneumatic conveyors are used mainly on shells that have been “centrifuged” and have to travel long distances.
All systems are custom made and our engineers will work with you to find the best solution for your shell
