 At Diamond, we offer driers ranging in size from small pilot plant units
 through models for full-scale production facilities. Our driers come in many
 configurations, depending on your processing requirements.
Process air can
 be heated directly, with natural gas, or indirectly, with steam, thermal
 fluid or indirect gas heating systems. We accomplish the vital process
 air/product separation within the drying system through various
 combinations of product recovery cyclones and/or baghouses.
 For processors that are single-stage drying one product or a family of
 compatible products, the flat-floor box drier is still a design that offers
 many advantages.
The box drier is typically "dry cleaned" between
 processing runs, thus offering quick turn around times and eliminates the
 chemical costs and CIP solution disposal issues that the CIP cleaning of
 tower driers have.
 The family of V-bottom box driers is a rugged variation of the box drier,
 well known in the food processing industry. Our family of V-bottom driers
 was developed in response to customers with modest processing needs and
 is offered in a variety of sizes, up to a maximum water evaporation rate of
 700 Kg/Hr.

 baghouse, Sonic horn to minimize wall & ceiling accumulation, Uniform
 Velocity spray-head with forced air cooling, Steep V-bottom design
 (40° included angle) minimizes product retention, rugged, insulated,
 2-ply construction, Low process room height requirements, Easy-to-service
 design.
 Compact Dryer
 Our Compact Drier Series provide small low-capacity driers for developing
 markets with capacities starting at 20 Kg/Hr. When integrated to our
 “Breaker in a Box” a complete egg breaking and drying plant can be
 installed and started for a fraction of the cost and time of a standard
 egg breaking plants. All the components of the “Breaker in a Box” can be
 reconfigured at a later date to expand into a standard egg breaking plant.
